The department plays significant role for our college students. We seek direction from our mission, vision and values to provide innovative student centered activities, programmes and services.

Specific Objectives

• To develop the students with the multifaceted personality with academic excellence.
• To help the students remove a big gap between rural and urban mindset.
• To make the students self-employed at the time of taking higher education.
• To help the poor meritorious and hardworking students to enhance their career.
• The aim of student development is that every student can achieve success so that they are selected and participated in various scheme

Schemes run by the department in coordination with the University.

• We participate financially weaker students in Earn and Learn Scheme.
• Economically backward student support scheme.
• Organizes Anti Ragging awareness workshop , the result is that not a single event of Ragging is occured in the campus
• Motivational workshops are organized for Scheduled Tribe Students.
• Swayamsidhha workshop for Girl students organized, for their self defence
