The history subject at general level was started form June 1971. The special subject and its department has been started in June 1978. AIMS AND OBJECTIVIES: The aims and objectives at General level are as follows:- ? To build the National spirit in the minds of the students. ? To know the historical facts and truth. ? To give the scientific knowledge of history to the students. At Special level :- For specialization in history subject three courses from FYBA to TYBA , two special courses for SYBA and two special courses for TYBA are taught in our college. Presently Prof.Dr. N. D. Bhamare is the Research Supervisor recognized by KBCNMU, Jalgaon. He is also Member of Board of Studies in History, KBCNMU, Jalgaon.
